•Own the property (home, business, or be a landlord).

•Have a valid EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) with no outstanding insulation recommendations.

• Be replacing a gas, oil, LPG, or direct electric heating system.

• Install a low-carbon heating system.

•Use an MCS-certified installer like RnR Renewables.

Air Source Heat Pumps – Up to £7,500

Biomass Boilers (limited to rural locations) – Up to £5,000
