All services are subject to availability and project approval.

3. Quotations & Pricing

•All quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated.

•Prices may change due to market fluctuations, supply chain issues, or additional work required beyond the initial scope.

•Any modifications requested after a quote is approved may incur additional charges.

4. Payments & Deposits

•A 50% deposit is required to confirm service bookings.

•The remaining balance is due within 7 days of work completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.

•Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

•Customers may cancel services up to 7 days before the scheduled date without penalty.

•Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

•Deposits are non-refundable unless RnR Renewables cancels the service.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• RnR Renewables is not liable for delays due to weather conditions, supplier shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.

•We are not responsible for third-party installations or issues resulting from improper maintenance by the client.

•While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee energy savings or performance improvements.

7. Warranties

•Installations and products provided by RnR Renewables come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty (where applicable).

•Customers must follow proper maintenance guidelines for warranties to remain valid.

8. Intellectual Property

•All logos, branding, content, and website materials are the property of RnR Renewables and may not be used without permission.

•Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution of content may result in legal action.

9. Website Use & Restrictions

By accessing our website, you agree not to:
